Thuan Phat Service Group was established in 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, by Mr. Jie Baode (Chinese Certified Public Accountant, with over 10 years of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer at companies listed on Vietnam’s stock exchanges), together with a team of senior Vietnamese accountants, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy (Vietnam CPA).
Combining resources and expertise from both China and Vietnam, the company primarily provides financial and tax-related services such as:
Investment consulting in Vietnam, international transaction structuring, business establishment registration, business license modification, share transfer procedures, accounting and tax declaration services, tax refund services, tax planning, and financial statement auditing.

Founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Thuan Phat’s medium- and short-term development goals include expanding service coverage to neighboring provinces within 3 years, serving 200 clients, and reaching nationwide expansion within 5 years, serving more than 500 clients.
As of 2025, we have provided business registration, accounting, and tax declaration services to over 100 Chinese investors, of which 60% are foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises and more than 20% are publicly listed companies.
